Sidike Invests RMB 509 Million to Expand High-End Functional Film Production

24 July 24, 2025, Shenzhen China - Sidike New Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sidike Co., Ltd., announced an investment of approximately RMB 509 million to expand its high-end functional film production capacity. The funds will support facility renovation, acquisition of advanced PVD equipment, and recruitment and training of technical staff. Key products include anti-reflection films, 2A/3A films, and water-oxygen barrier films, targeting downstream sectors such as electronics, automotive displays, and panel manufacturing.

This strategic move aims to alleviate current production bottlenecks, enhance product value, and accelerate import substitution. Leveraging its first PVD production line, Sidike intends to deepen the application of dry-coating technology through mass production, further strengthening its competitive edge in the functional film sector.

Sidike assures that the investment, funded through internal or self-raised capital, will not impact its existing core operations. Although the project won’t significantly affect its business performance of 2025, it lays a solid foundation for long-term growth.
