China has resumed issuing all types of visas for foreigners since March 2023. Confirmation of your participation to RX China events early will ensure you have enough time for visa application and get the best rates for hotels and flights.
There are no public health restrictions anymore and masks are no longer needed. To enter China, international travelers must have a valid passport and a visa unless they are eligible for a visa-free entry or a visa-on-arrival.

Please consult your local Embassy of China, Consulate General of China, visa agency or travel agency about the necessary materials and requirements to apply for Chinese Visa.

Visa Waiver Policy
Nationals from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Korea, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia holding valid ordinary passports can be exempted from visa requirement if entering into China for the purpose of business, tourism, family or friends visits, exchange and transit up to 30 days.
Visitor Entry Guidelines:
1. Please complete visitor pre-registration online in advance to avoid long lines on-site and guarantee your entrance. Pre-registered visitors will get free entrance and save USD15. Click here to register.
2. Upon completion of online registration, you will receive a confirmation letter with QR code and 10-digit registration number. Please print out the confirmation letter or save it on your phone.
3. Please bring your registration confirmation letter to the show and use the self-service kiosks to print your badge for free entry. If you encounter any issues, please seek assistance at the Overseas Visitor Counter.
4. For on-site walk-in visitors, please fill out a registration form on-site at the Walk-in Overseas Visitor Counter, provide your business card and present your passport or ID to get your visitor badge and enter the show. If you didn’t pre-register online, you will need to pay USD15 on-site for the entrance ticket. We highly suggest you should complete visitor online registration in advance.
