China has resumed issuing all types of visas for foreigners since March 2023. Confirmation of your participation to RX China events early will ensure you have enough time for visa application and get the best rates for hotels and flights.

There are no public health restrictions anymore and masks are no longer needed. To enter China, international travelers must have a valid passport and a visa unless they are eligible for a visa-free entry or a visa-on-arrival.

China is a pioneer in mobile payment technology. Platforms like Alipay and WeChat Pay are widely used across the country, from bustling metropolises to serene countryside. Setting up a mobile payment option can make your transactions seamless, whether you're buying a souvenir or savouring street food.

Purchasing a local SIM card or a portable Wi-Fi device can keep you connected. Ensure your phone is unlocked before your trip to use local SIM cards.

You are recommended to book your hotel room before visiting China. Shenzhen offers a range of accommodation options to suit all budgets, from luxury hotels to cozy hostels. Platforms such as Ctrip (Trip.com), Booking.com, and Airbnb are popular and trustworthy for finding the perfect stay. Alternatively, you may visit the official website of your preferred hotel brand to book your stay.

Visitor Entry Guidelines:

1.     Please complete visitor pre-registration online in advance to avoid long lines on-site and guarantee your entrance. Pre-registered visitors will get free entrance and save USD15. Click here to register.

2.     Upon completion of online registration, you will receive a confirmation letter with QR code and 10-digit registration number. Please print out the confirmation letter or save it on your phone.

3.     Please bring your registration confirmation letter to the show and use the self-service kiosks to print your badge for free entry. If you encounter any issues, please seek assistance at the Overseas Visitor Counter.

4.     For on-site walk-in visitors, please fill out a registration form on-site at the Walk-in Overseas Visitor Counter, provide your business card and present your passport or ID to get your visitor badge and enter the show. If you didn’t pre-register online, you will need to pay USD15 on-site for the entrance ticket. We highly suggest you should complete visitor online registration in advance.

China domestic major banks such as Bank of China, ICBC, and China Construction Bank offer services to foreigners. You'll typically need your passport, a valid visa or a foreigner's permanent residence ID card, and a phone number to set up an account. In China, you can use your bank card to make payments at any merchant that has a POS machine. Additionally, linking your domestic bank card to mobile payment apps such as UnionPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay offers the convenience of mobile transactions.
