Refund and change instructions

①If FILM & TAPE EXPO 2026 is cancelled, rescheduled or relocated, full free‑of‑charge refund will be available for purchased value‑added packages. For all other scenarios, please refer to clauses 2‑4 below.

②Services purchased on‑site are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

③Refund requests for pre‑show purchases are accepted Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00 (China Standard Time). Requests will not be processed on public holidays.
